Ms. Cookie Kelly

Office Manager

Ms. Kelly is our office manager and has been working at Seton for twenty one years. She started as the 2nd grade teacher’s aide and did so for eight years. On year nine at Seton she started working as the office manager. Ms. Kelly is the coordinator for the Aftercare Program and takes an active role in many Seton programs. When she is not at Seton, Ms. Kelly enjoys vacationing in North Carolina with her family.

Mrs. Nichole Eastman

5th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Eastman is a Naples native and has been a teacher for sixteen years. She has worked in the following educational areas: 3rd grade classroom, 4th grade classroom, school media specialist, resource, enrichment, Latin and Greek Roots, and this year as added Admissions. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida in 2001. Two years later she earned her Master of Arts degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. Mrs. Eastman is married and has two children who attend St. Elizabeth Seton School. Her family is very active with the Home and School Association and they enjoy fundraising for the school. When she is not at school, Mrs. Eastman is enjoying the outdoors at her families hunting camp, fishing, camping, writing, or at a family cookout.

Mrs. Michele McFee

PreK-3 Teacher

Mrs. McFee and her husband, Shannon, have four daughters who have graduated from St. Elizabeth Seton and St. John Neumann High School. They have a great love and appreciation for Catholic education!! She has lived in Naples most of her life but loves to travel and see new places. Mrs. McFee loves reading, enjoying the outdoors, playing with her two Yellow Labs and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Mrs. Maria Crowley


Maria Crowley is originally from Quito, Ecuador, but has lived in this country for almost 40 years. She has two children, Lorena and Andrew. Her children are alumni of both St. Elizabeth Seton and St. John Neuman High School. This is her 28th year teaching at St. Elizabeth Seton. She has been teaching Kindergarten for twenty one years and prior to that seven years in PK 4. She taught two years at the Tambearly International School in Nassau Bahamas. Mrs. Crowley enjoys reading, traveling and volunteering in the community.

Mrs. Fuentes

Teacher Assistant

Mrs. Fuentes and her husband were born in Cuba. They have a son and daughter, who both attend St. Elizabeth Seton School. Mrs. Fuentes’ family has a great appreciation for Catholic education. She has lived in Naples since moving out of Cuba. She has many interests including: spending time at home, cooking Cuban food, riding bikes with her family, going to places where they learn about animals, swimming, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer, and spending quality time with her family.

Mrs. Debbie Andrews

Kindergarten Teacher’s Assistant

Mrs. Andrews has been working with Seton for 24 years. Her daughter is a graduate of the school. When not at Seton, Mrs. Andrews enjoys spending time with her husband and two grandchildren.

Mrs. Ashley Lucarelli

Grade 2 Teacher

Mrs. Lucarelli is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Naples almost nine years ago!
This will be her sixth year of teaching at Seton. Mrs. Lucarelli received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Mrs. Lucarelli lives in Naples with her husband Dominick. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling around the world.

Ms. Amanda Banning

Pre K-4 Teacher

Miss Reites is a Naples native and a life-long member of St. Elizabeth Seton Church! She began her career at St. Elizabeth Seton School five years ago and is enjoying her fourth-year teaching 2nd grade. Prior to teaching 2nd grade, Miss Reites worked in PK 4. She received her bachelor’s degree in Child Studies and her Minor in Music from Florida Gulf Coast University. When she’s not teaching, she is spending time with her family and friends or her dog, Colbie!

Ms. Erin Lanigan

Grade 3 Teacher

Erin Lanigan hails from Pittsburgh, PA, where she received her Bachelor’s degree from Chatham University. Miss Lanigan has worked with children for well over ten years and is enjoying her fifth year as the third grade teacher at Seton. She is involved with activities around school including creating the annual St. Elizabeth Seton yearbook.

Mrs. Amanda Stott

Grade 4 Teacher

Mrs. Stott is thrilled to be teaching 4th grade at St. Elizabeth Seton School! This is her third year of teaching in Florida. She also taught abroad in Indonesia and Russia for four years. She loves all subjects especially learning science through STEM projects. She loves her new Seton family.

Ms. Ashley Watson


Ms. Watson is the general music, band, and choir teacher here at St. Elizabeth Seton School and has been in this position since the Fall of 2017. Prior to teaching at Seton, Ms. Watson lived in New York where she worked on earning her bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Ithaca College and completed her student teaching. At St. Elizabeth Seton, she is working to grow and develop the music program by increasing the number of performance opportunities and adding exciting new experiences for every student.

Mr. Andrew Ganse

Middle School Religion/Advanced Math

Mr. Ganse is the Advanced Math and Religion teacher for grades 6th – 8th. This is his second year teaching at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. In addition to his academic responsibilities, Mr. Ganse also prepares and plans the Wednesday school masses. He is originally from California where he earned his B.A. and M.A. in Education. This year marks Mr. Ganse’s thirteenth year as a teacher, mainly teaching middle school grades.

Mr. Jamie Synder

Middle School Language Arts/Science

Mr. Snyder was born in Ohio. He moved to Naples in 2000. He lives with his wife Tori, and their son, Carter. Mr. Snyder attended the University of Akron, in Ohio, where he studied criminal justice and education. He has a Bachelor’s degree in education. He has been a teacher/coach in Collier County for the past 8 years. Mr. Snyder loves sports and spending time with his family. He loves being a teacher and a mentor for children. He feels very fortunate to be teaching at SES, where we can spread the word of God to his students.

Mr. William Lyell

Middle School Math/Social Studies

Mr. Lyell received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Youngstown State University in 2008 and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education in 2013. He is certified to teach middle school and high school in both Ohio and Florida. Mr. Lyell enjoyed various professional experience prior to becoming an educator. These professions include: athletics, assembly line work at General Motors and a union laborer. Immediately upon graduating from Youngstown State in 2013, Mr. Lyell moved to Florida to accept a teaching position in Cape Coral as a middle school teacher. For two years in Cape Coral, he enjoyed helping middle school students successfully prepare for their transitions into high school. Mr. Lyell currently lives in the Naples area with his wife Jessica and baby Susie. Mr. Lyell’s hobbies include: reading, watching Notre Dame Football, and leading a healthy and active lifestyle. He attended Catholic grade school from Pre-K through 8th grade and is a strong advocate for Catholic education.

Mrs. Beth Tenbarge

Assistant Principal/Middle School Language Arts

Mrs. Tenbarge is our School Librarian, Sixth Grade Literature Teacher, and Middle School Life Skills Teacher. She began teaching at St. Elizabeth Seton in the Fall of 2001. During her employment at Seton she has taught fifth grade as well as multiple subjects in middle school including: Religion, Social Studies, Math, and Language Arts. Mrs. Tenbarge is a graduate of St. John Neumann High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Secondary Education from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA. Mrs. Tenbarge holds teaching certifications in Elementary Education (K-6), Social Science (5-9), and English (9-12).

Mrs. Charity Winter

Resource Specialist

Mrs. Winter is the Resource Teacher for grades K-8 and the Middle School Drama Teacher. For Resource, she provides extra instruction to students who need help by working with them in small groups and collaborating with classroom teachers. Mrs. Winter has taught at St. Elizabeth Seton School since 2006. Mrs. Winter was born in Missouri and grew up in Warrenton, MO and Daytona Beach, FL. She attended the University of Central Florida where she received a B.S. in Elementary Education. Mrs. Winter has prior experience with teaching emotionally disabled students and works every day at Seton to assist students with their academics.
Mrs. Winter believes every child can learn and every child has a talent they can use to contribute to their class and community; and they need the opportunity to do so. She is very passionate about teaching and tries to be creative and hands-on when planning for students, so they will be as excited about school as she is.

Ms. Clifford

Teacher Assistant

Ms. Clifford is originally from Staten Island, New York and has been living in Naples since 1978. She has two daughters and five grandchildren. She retired from the Collier County Sheriff's Department and was the previous Religion teacher at St. Elizabeth Seton School. She loves working with children and is delighted to be the PK 4 aide to the little ``panther`` cubs on campus.

Mr. Jeff Tenbarge

Athletic Director/P.E. Teacher

Coach Tenbarge is entering his twentieth year at Seton. He has been serving as the Physical Education Teacher and Athletic Director. Coach Tenbarge grew up in Evansville, Indiana. He attended Wabash Valley College, where he received his Associates in Science degree while also playing baseball. After graduating from Wabash Valley, Coach Tenbarge attended the University of Evansville and also played D1 baseball. After spending one year at the University of Evansville, Coach Tenbarge was drafted in the 6th round by the Houston Astros, where he played two seasons of Single A professional baseball. Coach Tenbarge is married to Mrs. Tenbarge (Seton’s Librarian and Middle School Teacher) and has two children, Sarah and Tucker. When Coach Tenbarge is not at Seton, there is a good chance you will find him playing golf or umpiring High School baseball.

Mrs. Fabiola Cole


Señora Fabiola Galarraga-Cole is the new Spanish teacher at St. Elizabeth Seton School. She loves teaching Spanish and introducing students to the wonderful and colorful Latin American culture. She has been a Spanish teacher for seven years and prior to arriving at Seton, she taught Spanish Level 1 at Cardinal Pacelli School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Senora Galarraga-Cole moved to Naples with husband, son and dog. She holds a B.A. in Spanish and Political Science, Master of Education, and Concentration in Latin American Studies. Senora Galarraga-Cole holds certificates in American Red Cross Adult, Child and Infant CPR, First Aid, AED. In her spare time she loves to swim, dance, read, travel and scuba dive!

Katy Rendon

Receptionist/Office Assistant

Mrs. Rendon was born in New York but grew up in Colombia. She returned to the United States nine years ago and settled in Naples, Florida, where she lives with her husband and two sons who attend our school. Mrs. Rendon has over ten years of experience working as an office assistant and serving others. She loves to interact with children and to spend time with her family.

Elaine Pearce


Ms. Pearce is originally from Ontario, Canada, and moved to Florida 13 years ago with her two children. Prior to moving to Florida, she was a teacher at a community college and loved being involved in education. After moving to Fort Lauderdale in 2005 she became a business manager and accountant. Ms. Pearce relocated to Naples in 2017. She was very excited at an opportunity that merged education and accounting and became St. Elizabeth Seton’s school accountant in March 2018. Ms. Pearce enjoys meeting the school families and looks forward to getting involved with school activities. When not working with numbers, Ms. Pearce enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

Naomi Manning

Cafeteria/Media Assistant

Mrs. Manning relocated to Florida from Illinois 25 years ago. She has been married for 30 years and has one son who attends Seton. Having recently sold their family business and retired, Mrs. Manning now can enjoy being at school. After months of volunteer service, she became a part time employee in March 2107. She and her family divide their time between Naples and Lake Placid, where they love boating and lake time with family

Ted Felber, Jr

Facilities Manager

Since 2013, Mr. Felber has been managing all building maintenance activities at Seton. He is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of all the buildings on campus as well as the external property. Before joining the Seton community, Mr. Felber was a construction supervisor for Gulf Bay Construction Company.

Santos Delgado


Mr. Delgado has served the Seton community since 2014 by keeping our grounds clean and well kept, as well as assisting with numerous tasks to keep our buildings well-maintained. Prior to joining Seton, Mr. Delgado worked with Crawford Landscaping for several years.

Dana Hilmoe

First Grade Teacher

Mrs. Hilmoe is originally from Long Island New York, but spent most of her life in Hagerstown, Maryland. She is the product of Catholic education having attended St. Mary Catholic School, and St Maria Goretti High School in Hagerstown.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in social work from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. She and her husband, Monte, have been married for 29 years and have four children who all attended the same Catholic schools she attended. After being a stay at home mom for 14 years, Mrs. Hilmoe returned to school and obtained her Master of Arts in teaching. She taught kindergarten at St. Mary Catholic School for ten years and then one year in public school teaching third grade.
Mrs. Hilmoe just moved to Naples in July and feels very blessed to be part of the staff at St. Elizabeth Seton. She looks forward to working with the children and their families.
