SWOT Analysis at SES
As you know, we’ve hired a third party Atcher, Beck & Caul to complete a SWOT analysis for the purpose of creating a long range strategic plan for our school. Meetings have been arranged throughout March and will be concluding in April. I look forward to as much input from our families as possible and have attached a questionnaire for those who were unable to attend their scheduled SWOT meeting. Catherine Hayes has stated the following, “I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE’S OPINIONS about the way the school is or isn’t operating. I want data that fits logically into the categories provided and that is based on observable actions.”
