FABULOUS FUNDRAISER KICKS OFF THIS WEEK!!

Our YANKEE CANDLE FUNDRAISER starts on October 1st and runs through October 12th.  Our school benefits from 40% of the proceeds!  Look for the information packets and catalogs that were sent home TODAY.

Parents/Guardians can shop online via www.yankeecandlefundraising.com. Enter the group number 999972306 in the “Start Shopping” box.  Any orders purchased online will pay for shipping/tax, and the products will be shipped directly to your home. Online orders will continue until January 1st.

If you order through the packet, no sales tax is collected, and all products will go home with the student. Also, please keep the pink copy as your receipt. Return only the yellow/white copy with all the correct information filled out.  Don’t forget students’ names and teachers’ names.

The deadline to turn in all packets is Friday, October 12th.

Last year SES H.A.S.A. raised $6,000 profit from the Yankee Candle Sales, so please sell, sell, sell.   This year we hope to top our profit from last year.  Remember that all money made from this fundraiser benefits Seton students.  Get an early start on holiday shopping and help our school at the same time!

SETON SCHOOL WIDE SERVICE PROJECT

In conjunction with Respect for Life Month during October, our school is partnering with Community Pregnancy Clinics (CPCI) in Collier County.   This organization provides many support services for mothers and babies in need, including pregnancy health services, counseling, crisis intervention, prenatal classes and material support.  Our partnership with CPCI offers an opportunity to support a culture of life by contributing to help many families in the area who have minimal resources.

A development coordinator from CPCI spoke with all students today and middle school students had a brief tour of the CPCI’s mobile clinic.  Each class was given a Baby Bottle Bank to collect money throughout the month of October.  Additionally, there are donation bins in the Parish Center to collect baby items such as diapers, wipes, baby wash/shampoo, and new or gently used baby clothes in sizes newborn through 5T.

See the flyer for more information.  Your generosity in supporting this worthy service project is most appreciated.
