Trunk or Treat!
This is a well-attended community event and you are needed! Families can earn volunteer hours for donating candy and/or being a trunker! Please bring candy to the Parish Office. A Day of Fasting and Prayer
Cardinal Pizzaballa, the Patriarch of Jerusalem, has asked all the faithful of the world to make Tuesday October 17, “a day of fasting abstinence, and prayer” for peace in the Middle East. Therefore, our church will be open all day for prayer, with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 8:30 until 11:00AM and from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Confessions and Praise and Worship as usual. Please join us in praying for peace in our world especially in the Holy Land.

Spanish teacher, Mrs. Fabiola Galarraga-Cole, was awarded the 2023 Hispanic Heritage in Excellence Award from Governor DeSantis! She is one of only 4 teachers in the state to receive this prestigious honor. Champions for Learning!
Congratulations to teachers who were awarded grants from Champions for Learning, The Education Foundation of Collier County: Megan Schuchman-Gr. 1, Susan Boga-Gr. 1, Natalie Donahue-LA, Nichole Eastman-Gr. 5, Christina Grun-Art, Michele McFee-PK3, Charity Winter-Resource, Fabiola Cole-Spanish. These grants will fund a range of needs from class field trips to books, STEM projects, enrichment activities, etc., and even sewing machines for art class!

Band Fundraiser!
Help our environment while also helping the SJN/SES Band programs! We are collecting used and new sneakers. Band will receive a donation for every pair of sneakers recycled! It couldn’t be easier…send in sneakers with your student to drop off in the Band room. That’s it! If you have a connection with a gym or other appropriate business that would be willing to be a collection site, please reach out to the Music Supporters team at sjnmarketday@gmail.com.
