Plan to attend the SES Gala & Auction
Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 6-10:00pm at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club. Please RSVP now!
Our annual Gala & Auction on Feb. 22nd is fast approaching, and we hope you’re planning to join us! As our largest fundraiser of the year, this event plays a vital role in supporting our school, and we need everyone’s participation to make it a great success.
This year’s theme is The Kentucky Derby, promising an unforgettable evening of fun, fellowship, and fundraising for a great cause—our students and school community!
Ticket reservations are available online at www.SaintElizabethSeton.com/Gala or by sending a check with your RSVP from the invitation. Thank you to all the parents who have already purchased tickets, sponsored, or donated to the auction. Your generosity is deeply appreciated!
Each year, we reach out to Seton families, local businesses, and community members to gather sponsorships and auction items. Below is how you can help while earning volunteer hours. (Volunteer hours are valued at 1 hour per $20 value donation. Please be sure to submit your hours for any volunteer work (or donations) to office@seseton.org.)
Sponsorship Opportunities
Business or Family Sponsorships: Whether you own a business or simply wish to support, sponsorships are a great way to contribute. Packages start at $350 (which sponsors two teachers/staff), and at the $1,000 level, your sponsorship includes two tickets to the event! (see attached)
Program Sponsor: Advertise your business on the back cover of the Gala program for just $500. (first come/first served)
Auction Donations
We’re seeking auction items or experiences for both the live and silent auctions, as well as liquor or wine donations. Examples include:
- Gift cards to fine Naples restaurants (e.g., Truluck’s, Del Mar, Campiello, Sea Salt, etc.).
- Hotel certificates (e.g., Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, etc.).
- Whiskies & liquors (e.g., Maker’s Mark, Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve, etc.).
- Spa certificates (e.g., Naples Grande Spa, Woodhouse Spa, etc.).
- Boating or water activities (e.g., Sweet Liberty, Dolphin Explorer, Cruisin’ Tikis, etc.).
- Show tickets (e.g., Artis Naples, Broadway Palm, Gulfshore Playhouse, etc.).
- Gift cards to specialty stores like Seed to Table, Jimmy P’s, Total Wine & More, etc.
Class Baskets
Each class is creating a themed basket for the auction! Homeroom parents have shared details about the items needed. Contributions of cash or Amazon gift cards are also welcome to help complete these beautiful baskets.
For questions about the Gala, sponsorships, or donations, please contact Mrs. Groch at groch@seseton.org. Thank you for making a difference!
