Letter to Students and Parents from the Counselor:

Welcome back to a new school year! My name is Miss Lindsay D’Abrosca and I am blessed to join the St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School community this year as your school counselor. This is my fourth year serving in a school counselor role. Originally from New England, I received my bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and Communications from Stonehill College and my master’s degree in School Counseling from Providence College. I have spent the past three years as a counselor for the Archdiocese of Miami and relocated to Southwest Florida this summer.

I am here to provide a safe, comfortable, and approachable atmosphere for your students. I have the ability to provide both academic and social/ emotionally counseling to students. I will be sending out a monthly newsletter to go home with the students, each focusing on a different theme and goal to obtain. I will also be working with your students on gaining the skills needed to navigate through these formative years and successfully transition to high school. Most importantly, as a product of Catholic education myself, I am here to put God at the forefront of all we do. I will incorporate the Catholic church teachings into all my work. I am excited to begin working with you and your students! If you have any questions or would just like to say hello, please feel free to email me at dabrosca@seseton.org.

Many blessings on this new academic year,
Miss D’Abrosca
