A Seton Family Christmas | The Reason for the Season!

Friday, December 11, 2020 ~ 6:00pm-7:30pm

In lieu of our annual Christmas Concert this year, we invite all our families to celebrate A Seton Family Christmas…The Reason for the Season! Please join us outdoors on Friday, December 11, 2020 anytime from 6:00-7:30pm on the Seton field. Walk through our live (student) nativity, hear a narrated Christmas story, enjoy our lighted Christmas tree, traditional Christmas music, decorations, awesome video created by our music students, hot chocolate and treats!

In the spirit of the season of giving, we will be collecting toys and clothing for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Immokalee. Please bring a wrapped gift for a child age newborn – 13 years, indicating on the box whether it is a toy or clothing and age level, and place under our lighted tree.

Students and families are asked to practice the safety protocols of social distancing and wearing face coverings at this event to ensure the health and safety of all. We hope to see you there!

We are in need of new or gently used white Christmas lights (outdoor string lights) for this event. We are also collecting donations of outdoor Christmas decor (religious) and live poinsettias (any size). Volunteer hours given for donations. Thank you for helping us make it a special event!

Christian Character Award

Congratulations to our Christian Character Award winners in grades 3-8 for the October virtue of Knowledge!

Grateful…

Thank you to all who participated in our HASA Fundraiser – we had over $6,600 in sales and 40% goes back to our school! Online orders are still available, but not guaranteed for Christmas – www.fundsrus.net, Student Registration, school code 651208233.

Counselor’s Corner

Check out this week’s Counselor’s Corner— An Attitude of Gratitude from Dr. Fabii.

Yes, it has been a rough year in so many ways, but…

…let us take a moment to count our blessings and remember that it is not happiness that brings us gratitude, but it is gratitude that brings us happiness. Wishing all our Seton students and families a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Building a Culture of Catholic Stewardship

Our school community needs donors and sponsors to support our mission. Please help spread the word to friends, family and others who believe in the importance of affordable, quality Catholic education now and for future generations. On #GivingTuesday, December 1, 2020, we will ask all in our community to give charitably to ensure the gift of Catholic education at St. Elizabeth Seton endures.
