We have completed week two, and Seton students have made a great transition and are going strong! Thank you to parents and staff for partnering together to insure excellence in student learning and well-being in these most challenging times. Also, a special thanks for all the warm birthday wishes! It is truly my privilege to serve as principal of such a caring community…blessed and #SetonStrong!

School Mass – 9/11 Tribute
School masses are live streamed weekly. Our first school mass in person at SES church will be Friday, September 11 at 10am for grades 5-8 only. We will have a short tribute remembering the events of 9/11/2001 after mass. It will be a noon dismissal day with parent Zoom conferences in the afternoon.
Christian Character Awards
We introduce our first Christian Character virtue in September. Recognition of student character awards in grades 3-8 begins in October.

The Number One Intervention for Better Sleep
Now that the school routine is established through in-person or distance learning, kids’ sleep schedules are a priority to be addressed. To ensure success, students need to be alert and ready to learn throughout the instructional day. St. Elizabeth Seton Golf Benefit Tournament
We are hosting a Golf Benefit Tournament on Saturday, October 3 at Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz Carlton Resort in Naples. $145 per player includes all golf fees, goodie bag, awards, prizes, boxed lunch and more! Field limited to 50 players with safety protocols in place. Proceeds benefit campus improvements. For information, contact Mrs. Groch at groch@seseton.org.

Aftercare News
Aftercare charges are posted at the beginning of each week for the previous week in the FACTS Prepay Aftercare account and at the beginning of each month for those who choose the monthly flat rate option. Funds are required to be deposited into the Prepay account prior to using Aftercare. If payment is not collected, there is a $5 late fee charged per week until fees are collected. We are happy to be able to provide Aftercare service for families that need it. We ask parents that use this service keep their Prepay account up to date.
Aftercare regular hours of operation are 3:10-5:30 pm (full school days); 12:15-5:30 pm (early dismissal days) in the Parish Center.
A few reminders…
- Health screenings to include temperature/mask checks for all before entering school
- Drop off K-8 – front of school; PK3-PK4 – 53rd Terrace SW
- NO PARK AND DROP
- 7:30am -7:40am socially distanced in gym
- 7:40am students report to homeroom
- 8:00am school day begins
- School-wide morning prayers will be viewed in classrooms
Students arriving after 8am – Parents must park and walk their child to the office call box; the student (only) will be admitted up to the office for a health screening; parent will remain on campus until screening protocol completed. Thank you for your cooperation!
