Friday, November 1 at 10am – Play comes to Seton

St. Elizabeth Seton has partnered with the Gulfshore Players and the Holocaust Museum to bring a special play to our campus. It is based on a true story of a local Holocaust survivor entitled “In Flight-the Story of Sabine Van Dam”. Students in grades 7 and 8 will participate in a special pre-theatre workshop on kindness and social justice given by the Director of Education at the Holocaust museum, and those students will attend the play. Parents of all students are welcome to attend as well. Following the play, students in grades 6-8 will participate in an ongoing program about spreading Kindness and making a difference at school, at home, and in the world. For more information about the play, visit https://www.gulfshoreplayhouse.org/education/in-flight/.

October Mystic Monk Coffee

(Message from Mr. Ganse):

Dear Parents,
Fall in love with the season of autumn with a nice cup of tea or coffee from Mystic Monk Coffee. Portions of our sales will help the middle school Religion department for such things as the spring N.E.T Retreat, field trips, and other supplementary materials needed for learning our faith. Please take a moment to peruse the October catalogue. The special seasonal coffee flavors for October are Pumpkin Spice, Snickering Candy Bar, and Thanksgiving Blend. Remember to indicate if you would like your coffee ground, whole bean or K-cup style.
Our deadline for this coffee drive is Monday, October 7th. All checks should be made out to St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. The school will write one check to the monks for our order. Thank you in advance for your continued love and support of our middle schoolers!
