I hope you are all enjoying your summer and finding time for rest and relaxation.
I want to keep you updated on SUFS scholarships and the status to date. Yesterday, I received an email stating that due to an overwhelming demand, the maximum number of scholarships for the 2018-2019 has been reached. The application season will close Friday, June 29th at 11:59 p.m. What this means for families is that they will not be able to start or finish an online application after this date. If an application and required documents were submitted prior to this date, families will still be able to upload and fax additional documents to continue their application process. If a family is found eligible, the student(s) will be placed on a wait list in case additional funding becomes available. I hope our families requesting scholarships have applied as no further applications will be accepted after Friday.
