After our return from Easter break grades PK3-5 will be using the portable classrooms until the end of the year. We welcome our families to stay for prayers and see your children’s new room.
Effective 4/10, new procedures for all Seton families must be followed regarding morning drop off and afternoon pick up. PK3-PK4 students will no longer go directly to classrooms. They will be met in the parish center by their teachers and wait until after prayers to go to their classrooms.

Morning Drop Off Procedures

There will only be one way to drop off students in the morning. 53rd Terrace SW doors will not be open for drop off. Please read new procedures below.

DROP OFF

  1. ALL traffic will enter from 28th Ave. SW into the parking lot facing the parish center
    Upon entering parking lot ALL traffic will turn right.
  2. Continue following around 2nd median toward main entrance of parish center.
  3. Stop and drop off children who will be met by Student Council patrol, faculty and staff
  4. All children will enter through main doors of parish center
  5. Students will wait in designated area in parish center
  6. Mrs. McFee, Mrs. Fuentes, Mrs. Martin and Mrs. Clifford will meet PK3-PK4 students in the parish center beginning at 7:30.
  7. At 7:50, all remaining teachers including middle school will meet in parish center.
    7:57, morning prayers will begin.
  8. Upon dismissal from prayers. Main entrance of parish center doors will be locked
  9. All teachers will walk with students through back doors of parish center to classrooms to begin their day.
  10. Students arriving after prayers must use NEW entrance for MAIN OFFICE located just east of the parish center

PARK AND WALK

  1. Enter from 28th Ave. SW into parking lot facing the parish center
  2. Turn right and follow along to 2nd median. Please be patient as you will be part of the traffic for parents wishing to drop off.
  3. Continue straight toward the gym to park your car in an open spot or turn right and park your car by the playground.
  4. Park and walk your child into the parish center using the main entrance
  5. Students will wait in designated area in parish center
  6. Mrs. McFee, Mrs. Fuentes, Mrs. Martin and Mrs. Clifford will meet students in the parish center beginning at 7:30.
  7. At 7:50 all remaining teachers will meet in parish center.
  8. At 7:57, morning prayers will begin
  9. Upon dismissal from prayers. Main entrance of parish center doors will be locked
  10. All teachers will walk with students through back doors of parish center to classrooms to begin their day.
  11. Students arriving after prayers must use NEW entrance for MAIN OFFICE located just east of the parish center

Afternoon DISMISSAL Grades 5-8

  1. At 3:15, Grades 5-8 will gather the fenced area by the 5th grade classroom. Students along with grades 5-8 teachers will walk along the sidewalk to for dismissal at church.
  2. At 3:30, remaining middle school students will be escorted by teachers to aftercare.

Afternoon DISMISSAL Grades PK3-4

  1. By 3:15, All students in grades PK3-grade 4 will return to the parish center along with their carpools.
  2. Parents will enter from 28th Ave SW, turn right, continue to 2nd median as in the morning and pull up along front entrance of parish center and wait for their child to be brought to their vehicle.
  3. Please make sure to have your family name sign displayed on dash of vehicle.
  4. At 3:30, teachers will escort remaining children to aftercare.
