Important message for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (income-based)
Good news! Renewal families can now apply for a scholarship for the 2018-2019 school year. Renewal families will have a processing priority until December 31, 2017.
We are excited to introduce you to our new On-Line Application system. This system was created with you (our families) in mind. This system is mobile device friendly. We hope that you will find this application system easier to use and to upload your required documents. For assistance with your new application, please view our new online tutorial video:

To start a new application, you will need your user name and your password. Your username is the email address this message was sent to. If you have forgotten your password you will need to click on the link that says: Forgot Password. A new, temporary password will be sent to you via email.

Miss Frick – PK 4
Tuesday, November 21st will be Miss Frick’s last day as our PK 4 teacher. She was at SES for 2½ school years. She brought her enthusiasm and kindness to all her students and will be missed by us all. We wish Miss Frick well in her future career endeavors.
#SetonStrong Dress out day Friday, December 1st
To show pride for our school, there will be a Dress out day on Friday, December 1st. You may wear jeans and your #SetonStrong shirt. Other Seton apparel is acceptable on that day. Leggings/Jeggings are never allowed on dress out days. Please review p. 34 Non-uniform Days for guidelines.
Middle School Christmas Dance
Friday (12/1) 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. There will be a $5.00 entrance fee. Pizza will cost $1.00 per slice. Drinks and dessert will be included.
HASA News
The Annual Santa Workshop will be Monday, December 11th – Wednesday, December 13th at SES. There will be a Preview Day on Friday, December 8th. Students will be given the opportunity to shop for their family and friends. Information will come home with your child(ren). An email from the Sign Up Genius program will be sent to your email very soon with volunteer opportunities.
Boots & Boogie Auction – Saturday, March 3rd, 2018
Business follow-up calls are needed by volunteers. Please contact Leigh Connor (elbconnor@gmail.com) for more information. The success of the Seton Auction depends on the donations we receive. If you have contacts with companies and can arrange for a donation (i.e restaurant gift certificates, service gift certificates, tangible items) or if you are new to SES and would like information about the Auction please contact Nichole Eastman (eastman@seseton.com)
Volunteer Opportunities
Do you have 2 hours once a week to help assist with the SES lunch/playground program? We are still in need of a 1 volunteer for Mondays and Wednesdays. Please contact Nichole Eastman (eastman@seseton.org) to sign up.
Additional volunteer opportunities will be sent to you via email through the Sign Up Genius program. Once you login to the program, you will be able to view all the volunteer positions with times available. This is a great communication tool we can use online to ensure that our SES events are properly scheduled with volunteers.
Thanksgiving Food Drive
Thank you for making our drive a success. The St. Vincent de Paul bin in the church was overflowing with your donations and generosity!
#SetonStrong Shirts
Another t-shirt order is being sent to the t-shirt company on Tuesday, November 21st at 12:00 p.m. If you would like to order a t-shirt, please email Nichole Eastman (eastman@seseton.org). Please indicated your child’s name and size(s) of the shirt(s). The sizes to choose from are:
Child (S, M, L, XL) and Adult (S, M, L, XL, 2XL). The money must be turned into the front office by Monday, November 20th at 2:30 p.m. Child sizes are $10 and adult sizes are $15. If you are paying by check, please make out to St. Elizabeth Seton School.
