PreK-3 Tuition ’18-’19

Registration/Commitment Fee: $200
(A non-refundable $200 commitment fee per student is due at the time of registration).

Comprehensive Fee: $100
The Comprehensive Fee includes insurance and supplies per student. Fees are due to Seton by the first day of school, unless it is rolled into a monthly payment plan.

Payment Options:

  • Monthly payments can be made only through the FACTS Tuition Management Program. Ten and twelve-month payment plans available. FACTS can be processed through checking and savings accounts. Twelve-month payment plans must be finalized to begin payments in June 2018.
  • $450 per child discount if paid in full by July 20, 2018. Discount is not applicable if tuition is discounted due to scholarship or financial aid. Tuition and fees may be paid by check or cash.
  • Monthly payments will not be processed through the school.

*VPK Allowance reduces the PreK-4 tuition by $2437.

Enrollment Requirements:

The following is a list of requirements regarding admissions:

  • Age: enter PreK3, the child must be three years of age by September1st
  • To enter PreK4, the child must be four years of age by September 1st
  • To enter Kindergarten, the child must be five years of age by September 1st
  • To enter First Grade, the child must have met the reading readiness requirements of our school, and must be six years of age by September 1st

Documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate
  • Florida Health Certificate Physical Exam: Upon entering the school the parent must present a 1)copy of their child’s physical exam performed by a licensed health care practitioner and must 2)be less than one year prior to the enrollment date.
  • Florida Immunization certificate

Financial Assistance and Scholarships

Tuition covers only part of the per student cost in a Catholic School. Parents are reminded that the discrepancy is earned through school fundraisers and they are asked to support the school through time, talent, and treasure. Many of the affiliated Catholic parishes offer financial assistance on a needs basis and per each Parish’s Financial Assistance Policies. Families interested in financial assistance are asked to inquire with the parish first.

Our experience with Saint Elizabeth Seton has been exceptional. Our children have excelled, and the school has been a wonderful experience in so many ways. We have been entrenched for 4 solid years with 3 children attending Seton and continue to love the incredibly talented and professional faculty and families our children are surrounded by daily. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the age requirement for a child entering Pre-K or Kindergarten?

All applicants must be the required age by September 1st of the enrollment year:

  • PreK-3 = 3 years old
  • PreK-4 = 4 years old
  • Kindergarten = 5 years old

Do you have before or after school care?

Yes. After school care is offered through our Extended Care Program. This program is available to parents from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on full school days, and from 12:15 to 5:30 p.m. on half days.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes. We are committed to helping provide a Catholic education to families who desire it for their child(ren). Further details can be discussed at your admissions appointment.

What if we are not Catholic?

St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School welcomes students of all faiths and believes in the education of the mind, body and spirit of each child in a safe and nurturing environment, while instilling the values taught by our Catholic faith.

Do you offer any type of academic assistance to students who have an IEP? What about an accelerated program for those who excel?

Yes. SES is equipped with both a resource and an enrichment program to meet the challenges of all learners. We provide extra instruction to students who need help by working with them in small groups, while collaborating with classroom teachers. In addition to their classroom learning, we offer many enrichment opportunities to students who excel. Special subjects such as art, music, band, Spanish, library and physical education and ensure that all students expand their knowledge and receive a well-rounded education.

What type of sports do you offer?

We offer junior varsity and varsity level soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, track and field. Our team name is The Panthers.

Do you offer a hot lunch program?
