Panther Priorities

Re-Registration Information/ Step Up for Students
Please continue to send in re-registrations so that your child is assured a place for the 2019-2020 school year. Many thanks to those who have already sent them for the next school year. Also, please make sure you visit the Step Up for Students website to renew income-based scholarship applications for the 2019-2020 school year.

Lost and Found
Many of our students must be missing items because the lost and found bin is overflowing with shirts, jackets, lunchboxes and other items. Students should check the bin in the parish center before or after school to locate lost items. Unclaimed items that have been in the bin for more than a month eventually will be donated.

Used Uniform Closet
Open every Thursday from 2:50-3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Remaining SWOT Analysis Meetings

Please plan to attend the remaining SWOT meetings, which are crucial for our future planning. Family feedback is important! All sessions will be held in the 8th grade classroom beginning at 6PM. You may enter from the parking lot which faces the middle school building. The 8th grade room is the room in the middle. You don’t need to reserve a spot, but please do try to attend the session scheduled for your child’s age group. If you have children in multiple grades, you are welcome to attend each session for the corresponding grade SWOT analysis meeting. Each session should last about one hour. Thank you in advance for your important contribution to this process! Should you have any questions about meetings, dates, etc. you may email Ms. Rendon at office@seseton.org

Lenten Rice Bowls ~ Message from Mr. Ganse:

As you know, we are in the great liturgical season of Lent. It is meant for us to take time to reflect upon our lives and to make necessary changes to prepare us for the awesomeness of Holy Easter. Part of that preparation is our annual Rice Bowl campaign through Catholic Relief Services. Your child has already received a Rice Bowl and is slowly contributing to this great cause of meeting the needs of others in many places throughout the world. Our Rice Bowl campaign will be ending on Friday, April 12. Please count all the money that your family has collected and write one check out to St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. The school will count all the check amounts and then write one check to Catholic Relief Services on behalf of our whole school community. Thank you in advance for your generosity and participation in the Spirit of the Lord!

Coin Wars: Grade level battle of the coins will begin on MAY 6th after the Rice Bowl Lenten collection. Please excuse the communication error that indicated a start date of March 25th.

Amazon Smile: Place your Amazon orders through https://Smile.Amazon.com, and help our school raise funds! Be sure to designate our school as beneficiary. Here is the direct link: https://smile.amazon.com/ch/59-2112451. Our school recently received a check of nearly $200 from proceeds of Amazon Smile! Please continue to add SES as beneficiary of your purchases.
