Dear Seton Families,
We had a smooth first week of standardized testing, and look forward to wrapping up the TerraNovas next week. Swampy, the Everglades mascot stopped by school on Wednesday to remind us to come relax and have fun on Friday evening, March 8th at the Everblades hockey game. See below for ticket information. Re-Registration Information
Please continue to send in re-registrations so that your child is assured a place for the 2019-2020 school year. Many thanks to those who have already sent them for the next school year.

Step Up for Students
Please make sure you visit the Step Up for Students website to renew income-based scholarship applications for the 2019-2020 school year.

TITLE 1 Letters
An important letter went home to all Seton families about generating Title l funds. Please make sure this letter is returned to your child’s homeroom teacher.

Lost and Found
The lost and found bin is overflowing with shirts, jackets, lunchboxes and other items. Students should check the bin in the parish center before or after school to locate lost items. Unclaimed items that have been in the bin for more than a month eventually will be donated.

Used Uniform Closet
Open every Thursday from 2:50-3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Terranova Testing

TERRANOVA tests continue through next week for students in second through eighth grade. Please make sure your child comes to school rested and on time after eating a healthy breakfast. Note that late arrivals will wait in the office until their class has a break.

BANNING for all of your hard work with this segment of the auction. For all those who donated, please remember to report your donations/contributions to the office for volunteer credit.

Mystic Monk Coffee Fundraiser for Middle School Retreat ~ Message from Mr. Ganse

We are continuing our coffee fundraising efforts for the middle school N.E.T. Retreat which will be taking place on March 22. Our catalog is updated with the Spring and Easter flavors: Easter Sunrise Blend, Pascha Java, Cinnamon Coffee Cake Blend, and Irish Cream. Checks should be made out to St. Elizabeth Seton School for all orders. Our sale deadline is Friday March 8th.

Our middle school students thank you in advance. Not only do you support us with your purchase, but you also help the Carmelite monks who roast and brew the coffee. Supporting two in one shot…blessings from heaven!

FLORIDA EVERBLADES GAME ~ Friday, March 8th at 7:30 p.m. All tickets are sold online at this link: www.bladestix.com/ses. Come enjoy a fun night at the arena and hear our SES students sing the national anthem! We need more Seton singers for the anthem – a minimum of 15 students are required for us to do this. Please contact Ms. Watson by Tuesday, 2/26 to participate in singing the anthem.

SES KNIGHTS of COLUMBUS LENTEN FISH FRY
Please join our Knights on Fridays during Lent for a delicious fish fry dinner. These will from 5 to 7 p.m. beginning March 8th and ending on April 12th located in the school cafeteria.

SES Vacation Bible School

SES Vacation Bible School will be from June 24th through June 28th. Students in grades 7 and 8 are welcome to volunteer at this wonderful event.
